Studio Unit 3 features:

🐬 Living/Dining & Sleeping Area - This space comes equipped with a queen-sized bed, a TV stand featuring storage and a television. It also includes a cozy love seat sofa and a small dining table!

🐬 Kitchen - Recently renovated, this kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to create a delightful meal on the dock. The dining table comfortably seats four.

🐬 Bathroom - This room features a spacious stand-up shower, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A blow dryer is also provided!

🐬 Shared Outdoor Space: Relax and unwind by the saltwater heated pool, take advantage of the BBQ area, and soak in the stunning views of the Intracoastal! Fishing poles are available for your use, but bait is not included. This is the ideal setting to forge new friendships during your vacation or to savor some peaceful moments. [Please be aware that this is a shared space with other guests renting the remaining three units.]

FREE HEATED SEASONAL POOL: Oct 15th → May 1st. The temperature is set to 86°. Pool heaters work best when outside temperatures are above 60°F; during colder nights, the pool may not reach the desired temperatures. 💦 During the summer, the pool is heated naturally by the hot Florida sun! 💦
